I help creative business owners who are quietly drowning.

If you look successful on the outside but feel like you're spinning on the inside, you're not alone, and you're not broken.

You just need someone who's been inside the same walls.

Learn about the Diagnostic

You're good at
what you do.

That's not the issue.

The issue is that the business side — pricing, positioning, finding clients, keeping clients, knowing what to fix first — never got the same attention as the work itself.

So you keep moving to keep your clients happy. Saying yes when you should probably say no. Wondering if the “slow month” is just a fluke or a pattern.

It's not a talent problem. It's a structure problem.

And structure is something I can help you build.

The five things that make (or break) a creative business.

After 20+ years inside agencies, corporations, nonprofits, and two businesses of my own, I've seen the same five problems show up in every studio that's stuck.

I call them the Five Ps.

Pricing – Are you charging what your work is actually worth, or are you guessing and hoping the number feels okay to the client?

Positioning – Do you know exactly who you serve, what makes you different, and how to say it in a way that lands?

Pipeline – Do you have a reliable, repeatable way to find and close new work — or are you riding the feast-and-famine cycle?

Process – Is the way you work costing you time, money, or clients you wanted to keep?

People – Are the right people in the right seats, or is your team part of the problem?

Most studios have at least two of these tangled at once. The diagnostic session is where we figure out which ones, and what to do about them.

Client Testimonials

“I’ve hired others who I thought were like me, but their work stayed surface level. Clint got underneath all that, understanding my business right away and giving me next steps that actually made sense. You need someone who understands the industry, your vision, and can get to the point of what you need to work on.”

Naoma Serna-Zahn
Nuevo Studio

“I was struggling to see the bigger picture. Clint helped me focus on the right clients and define my market position, and I took action immediately. The value statement gave me words I hadn’t found before. The Executive Summary laid out next steps that felt right on par with where I’m headed. He got it right away and understood my vision completely.”

Neill Harmer
Rudder Digital

“Clint helped me see the pivot I was making by putting specific language around how I might serve a new community. His strategic next steps helped me see that the future I wanted for myself wasn't far away. Don't work with Clint if you're not willing to be honest and focus on your future.”

If this sounds like you, we should talk.

You own a creative business.
You're probably under ten people.
Revenue-wise, you're doing something.
Doesn't always feel like enough (or feel stable).

You're good at the craft and you’ve built real relationships, but the business side is messier than you'd like to admit…even to yourself.

You don't need someone to tell you to "niche down" or "raise your rates" without any context. You want someone who actually understands what it's like to run a business, who's made the mistakes, and who can help you see what you can't see from inside.

That's what I do.

The first step is a conversation.

No pressure. Just 30 minutes to figure out if what you're dealing with is something I can help with.
